Two-day Seminar for Human Resources Managers

On June 14-15, 2018 Rondeli Foundation organized a two-day seminar for Human Resources managers headed by Hans Norgren and Marie Hallander Larsson, the Swedish consultants of Human Resources Management.

During the workshop, the experts discussed the following topics: the advanced HRM practices, the concept of building trust in an organization, the relations between Ministries and LEPLs in strengthening human resources as well as the tools to be used in attracting and motivating public servants.

Human Recourses managers representing various governmental agencies attended the seminar. 

The seminar was conducted in the framework of the project "Capacity-building of the Georgian Leadership Community for Improved Decision-making and Negotiation Skills" implemented by Rondeli Foundation since 2009 with the financial support of Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and in partnership with Swedish Institute for Public Administration (SIPU).
