ONGOING PROJECTS
Specialized Educational Program on Cybersecurity and Cybercrime Investigations
In December 2020, Rondeli Foundation launched a training program in Cybersecurity and Cybercrime Investigations. An 8-month long program will include 17 educational modules. The aim of the training program is to increase the capacity of public agencies that are directly involved in the process of cyber security and cybercrime investigation in Georgia.
In the scope of the program, participants in addition to theoretical information, will acquire systematic knowledge on important issues such as: digital expertise, malware analysis, algorithms, big data in criminal justice system, etc. Training programs also serves as a communication platform, where representatives of several governmental bodies - national security, investigation, prosecution and justice, have the opportunity to discuss the problems and challenges facing cyber security in Georgia, as well as ways to solve them.
Upon successful completion of the program, the participant will be awarded with a Completion Certificate, confirming not only the fact of attending the sessions, but also the appropriate level of competence acquired by the participant during the study. After completing each module, participants will take the test and complete the relevant practical assignments in the laboratory setting. Tests and practical exercises, in terms of difficulty, will mostly be appropriate for beginners or intermediate level.
