Rondeli Russian Military Digest

This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digest dedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.

 

Svatove-Starobilsk Area and Donbas Area – North

Russians attacked in the north, likely taking village Dvorichne. Fighting continued in the area of Dvorichne and Hryanykivka.

Fighting was intense west and south of Kreminna with Russians attacking in the direction of Torske.

 

Donbas Area – Northeast

North of Bakhmut, Russians advanced in the southwestern direction from Blahodatne. They also took village Krasna Hora. Very intense fighting continued for Paraskoviivka. Russians made unsuccessful attempts to advance on villages Vasyukivka, Fedorivka and Rozdolivka.

Fighting without major territorial changes continued within the Bakhmut city.

Southwest of Bakhmut, Russians continued to attack towards Ivanivske and the road west of it without major advance.

Donbas Area – Southeast

Southwest of Avdiivka, Russians advanced a little north of Opytne. Their control was confirmed over village Vodyane. A number of Russian attacks at various spots around Avdiivka were unsuccessful, as well as new Russian attempts to advance in Mar’inka and towards Novomykhailivka.

 

Zaporizhzhia Area and Donbas Area – South

Russians suffered a heavy defeat during their attempted attacks towards Vuhledar, resulting in their significant casualties.
