This is a special issue of the Rondeli Russian Military Digest dedicated to the Russo-Ukrainian War, composed on the basis of numerous open sources.

Zaporizhzhia Area and Donbas Area – South

Heavy fighting continued in the Staromaiorske-Urozhaine area as well east and west of it. To the east, Ukrainians advanced west and southwest of Novodonetske, cutting the road between this village and Kermenchyk. To the west, Ukrainians according to different sources either came to the edge of Pryyutne or liberated it. Russians attempted counterattacks between Pryyutne and Staromaiorske, which Ukrainians repelled.

South of Orikhiv heavy fighting continued as well. Russians counterattacked on the flanks of the Ukrainian forces advancing toward Robotyne. They failed in the west, but recaptured Novopokrovka in the east. Ukrainians meanwhile launched attacks from Bilohirya towards Luhivske. Ukrainians also continued their push towards Robotyne and Verbove.

Southeast of Pyatykhatky, Ukrainians advanced a little in the direction of Dolynka. They also continued attacks toward Zherebyanky without major advance.
