The Training Course on National Security Decision-Making has Launched

On September 15, 2004 the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies  launched the training course on  National Security Decision-making. The course will last approximately one month. The program is designed to provide knowledge of the basic concepts, tools and procedures for policy analysis and decision-making in national security area. The course is built around the cases, which will be used to illustrate key policy issues and dilemmas. Stephan DeSpiegeleire, Senior Researcher from the RAND Europe will instruct the analysts of national security issues.
