The presentation of policy documents

On April 13 GFSIS the presentation of policy documents was held at GFSIS.  Civil servants from various state agencies presented public policy documents on a number of crucial issues. The project participants developed policy papers during six-month-long training program under the supervision of GFSS mentors. The event was conducted within the framework of the project Capacity Building of the Georgian Leadership Community for Improved Decision-Making and Negotiation Skills.

The project aims to help the Government of Georgia to improve governance practices. It also attempts to assist mid-level civil servants to develop their skills in negotiation techniques and policy document writing.

The project is supported by the Swedish International Development and Cooperation Agency (Sida).
